This privacy statement is made available to users pursuant to multiple legislations, including Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation), by Equilibrium srl, website administrator and developer of the apps published under the name “Equilibrium Apps”, with registered office in via delle Rose, 72 – 35037 Tramonte di Teolo (PD) – Italy (“we”, “us”, the “Owner”).
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications (iOS and Android apps) offered by Equilibrium srl, unless stated otherwise within this document. Not every service described below is present in every app: see the “Services used by each app” section at the end of this document for details.
Our Approach to Your Data
We collect only the data necessary to operate our apps, improve them, and — in the free versions of some apps — show advertising. We do not sell personal information. Where required by law (EEA/UK), data used for advertising purposes is processed only after obtaining your consent through a certified consent management platform, and you can review or withdraw your choices at any time from the app settings (“Privacy Options”).
Third-Party Services
Advertising — Google AdMob (Google LLC)
The free versions of some of our apps display advertising served by Google AdMob. With your permission, AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and usage data to show personalized ads and measure their performance; this constitutes “tracking” as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and is performed only if you grant permission through the iOS tracking prompt. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.
Data processed may include: IP address, device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), general advertising data, coarse location derived from IP address, diagnostic and interaction data.
Place of processing: United States.

Consent Management — Google User Messaging Platform (Google LLC)
In the EEA and the United Kingdom, some of our apps present a consent form powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), a certified Consent Management Platform. This form records your advertising consent choices as required by the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Your choices are stored on your device and can be reviewed or changed at any time via the “Privacy Options” entry in the app settings. The consent form does not itself track you; it exists to let you decide.
Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)
Some of our apps use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its features. Data processed may include: usage data (screens viewed, interactions, session duration), app instance identifiers, device type and operating system, coarse location derived from IP address.
Place of processing: United States.
Privacy information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Crash Reporting — Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)
Some of our apps use Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes and technical problems. Data processed may include: anonymized crash logs and stack traces, device model and operating system version, device state at the time of the crash, and non-personally-identifying diagnostic information. This data is used solely to improve app stability.
Place of processing: United States.
Privacy information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Push Notifications — Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC)
Some of our apps can send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Data processed: a device push token used exclusively to deliver notifications. Notifications are sent only if you grant permission through the iOS notification prompt, and you can disable them at any time in your device settings.
Place of processing: United States.
Privacy information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Purchases and Subscriptions — RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)
Some of our apps use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat does not sell user data and does not send identifiable information about users to third parties without consent. Data processed may include: country, device type, operating system, SDK version, last seen date, anonymous app user identifier, purchase history related to our apps.
Place of processing: United States.
RevenueCat Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Payments and Distribution — Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)
We do not store or collect your payment card details. Payments are handled directly by Apple’s App Store, whose use of your personal information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. By virtue of being distributed through the App Store, Apple may collect basic analytics and provide us aggregate reporting on app usage and performance; much of this is processed on an opt-in basis and can be controlled in your device settings.
Data processed: usage data. Place of processing: United States.
Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Health Data — Apple HealthKit (Apple Inc.)
Some of our apps can optionally connect to Apple Health to read or store activity data (for example, mindfulness minutes or sleep data). This happens only upon your explicit permission through iOS, can be revoked at any time in your device settings, and health data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Place of processing: on your device / United States.
Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
Where our apps perform activities that qualify as tracking under Apple’s rules, iOS will show you a permission prompt (“Allow app to track…”). If you select “Ask App Not to Track”, no data is collected for tracking purposes: the advertising identifier is not accessed and, where ads are shown, they are non-personalized.
Legal Basis of Processing
We process personal data on the following bases: your consent (personalized advertising, analytics where required, tracking); performance of a contract (managing purchases and subscriptions, providing app features); legitimate interest (crash diagnostics, security, aggregate service improvement).
Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to the respective privacy policies linked in each section.
Children
Our apps and services are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to: access your personal data; obtain its rectification or erasure; restrict or object to its processing; receive a copy in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal); and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at https://equilibriumapps.app/#contact.
Services Used by Our Apps
Each Equilibrium Apps application may use all, some, or none of the third-party services described above, depending on its features. Within each app you can always verify which services apply: permission prompts (such as tracking, notifications or health access) appear only where the corresponding service is present, and apps displaying advertising include a “Privacy Options” entry in their settings where consent is required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying users on this page and, where technically and legally feasible, within the apps or via available contact information. Should the changes affect processing activities based on consent, new consent will be collected where required. Please check this page periodically, referring to the date of last modification below.
